Elena i think you are very good on what you do i been working out 3 hours every day and Sundays of i have three machines i use one the total gym two the ellipical and three the gazelle plus i do 100 to 150 sit ups but not all at once and thanks to you i am doing very good when i see a young lady working hard it makes me want to work out more. i love watching you do you work out you are very blessed thank you for another great video. as always forever young god bless bobby lee 007.

  2. The video creation is very good, didn't miss a trick. Those are basic exercises. Even US Army PT. Your thighs look fantastic. Your butt seemed to change. That crunch thing, I would do that standing. Touch my palms to the floor–hold that, and then do the sweep between the legs. Increasing the force. That's all good stuff.
