  2. These are great exercises but I think the title of this video is a little misleading. Most of the exercises aren't really foam rolling. You're just using the roller as support. Perhaps a better description would be "10 Ways to Get a Flat Belly Using the Foam Roller"

    At any rate, I definitely plan on trying some of these
