  12. what will be the breathing pattern while doing these poses. in sm you jv mentioned. others is it normal breathing. I am going to follow these so wud like more clarity . also how many repeations one can do for each.


  13. Lol, the VERY first pose is the most advanced meditation posture that exists, the full lotus. Very few people have the flexibility to do this, especially beginners.
