  4. I just did this after I woke up I kinda paused during the second mountain climber but I feel great!

  5. 1small downside to this great workout. fisrt you take a drinkpauze,ans 2seconds later first is a groundexercise. water wants to get back up… but otherwise, excellent video 🙂
