  7. i wrote the whole thing on a piecee of white paper and did it i used to wake up at 11:30 but now i wake up at 8 or 9 and change into workout clothes and do the workout!!!!

  9. That was a nice little workout! My 1 problem was the stand up burpees I have no idea how you do that. I'm 6'7 maybe I'm too tall for that exercise or maybe my cores too weak? I dunno got a good sweat tho!

  14. Hey Sarah, great video! Thanks for posting it. Just finished this workout and it kicked my butt! Wanted to point out that the auto generated subtitles have some F words in them, but you can edit them if you go into the video settings. Anyway, keep up the good work!

  15. I am not going to lie I had a hard time doing this workout. I am someone who runs on the treadmill and can do an 8 minute mile and had a hard time with the first round of the first circuit. Great workout and will keep on working on doing HIIT. Definitely thought I was in better shape! I plan on trying this for three weeks as my HIIT every 3-4 times a week and see what happens.

So, I love going to the gym, but I am currently in finals week…. and i could not… could not afford to go to the gym today.. its currenly 2 am and I am still studying.. but since i didnt get to go to the gym today and was sedentary pretty much all day I decided to do this quick 15 minute HIIT workout to give me energy to continue studying and Sezz!
