  6. Hey Ravi, Thank you for all the videos you put up. I have been watching your videos for last 3 months. I find running boring and this is great way to include cardio in workout schedule. Moreover it was childhood dream to do bhangara….. and I'm getting into it in mid 40s.

    I didn't take your suggestion of throwing old TV out of window… but moved it into basement and where I watch and practice.

    And you wanted to know if there's someone following you in Canada… I am in Edmonton Alberta.

    Great Job!!!!!! being punjabi I have to give suggestion…. it's in our blood to find room for improvement. I found it very helpful when you do steps with counts of 1…2…3….4… and also left and right directions.
