  1. THis was so great for trying more arm balances and testing myself. I wasn't going to do the video as I can't even do crow but your words of encouragement at the beginning made me think actually I should give it a shot and I'm so glad I did! Thank you 🙂 X

  2. its okay to just wobble and fall a lot right? and then pull it back so i dont wobble and fall? i have 0 flexibility… cant push my heels into the mat in downward dog and cannot (YET) straighten my legs and touch the floor… so i have a long way to go.. but it doesnt feel impossible… when i can do that atm 9:04 i will be very happy. i already surprised myself.. but only for a millisecond before i hit the deck 🙂

  3. I have been looking for a good place to start my inversion practice- I think I have found it. Thank you. 🙂

  4. These are difficult poses! I found myself getting into them but losing my balance or not being able to hold them! I'm excited to see how long it takes me to be able to do this practice with expertise.

  5. I really struggle with arm balances, but it's something I really want to work at. I think it's also a matter of confidence for me – I've done this sequence a few times so far, and each time I feel more confident to just GO for that handstand, that headstand etc….I feel I'm so scared to fall that it holds me back. By practising I can feel the fear leaving me 🙂 Thank you for the video.

  7. I love arm balanced hatha yoga asana; for example, like this one. Parsva Bakasana is not an easy asana to do – let alone hold for a couple of seconds to a couple minutes. I believe in getting the energy principle active. That is why when I do my asana; I tried to not only have a mental focus my Mahakundalini on mind and matter. I choose to find a bindu in kinetic energy of the human body.. Think about it: "Your energy reaching full magnification of it full potential." Then taking that energy then bring it into a group of single concentration points called : bindu ( 3 specific concentration points), nada (sound radiating points), and bija (sound specificaliity points) in which brings into play Yoga Triangular process. Through the breathe and mental focus of human body one can learn to apply Kamakala into their training to help their arm balance asana.

  8. Hey Candace! There's a question that pops up in my mind really often so i hope you see this. I started practicing yoga thanks to your videos (a year ago) and i have been to an actual class just once so far.. do you think it's ok to do yoga and learn it all by oneself? is the risk high that i might be doing some poses in an incorrect way? because to be honest i love doing it by my own and i don't feel the need to change that atm.. What do you think? 🙂

Annd i have written it a lot of times but i just love you. You're the only one i watch and i am so immensely grateful for the work you do! Can't wait for Namaslay!
    Love from Germany♥️

  9. So super excited, i have always been able to do the headstand with the head supporting. But I finally did the head stand with just elbows as you did on the vid. 😜😜😜

My goal is for one day to be able to do the full handstand. I can do it on a wall so the strength is there I just need the balance part!!! Thanks for your encouraging words on your vids! I barley discovered your vids so sorry if they are late on messages. BTW I did order a Clever mat. 👍🏽

  10. Thank you so much! I had taken a break from headstand for a couple months and was afraid of not being able to do it any more, but your instructions got me right back into it and even with variations with my legs, great class!

  11. F I just love this video and do it 2 time and I hope complete 5 more days with this . But isn't easy that moves at all!
