  1. I love your workouts!!! Would it be possible to add in description an estimate of calories burned? Or can you give me an advice on how to calculate it?   4. This workout is great. Anyone who sees this and wants to get healthier or lose weight, you can do it. Don't push it off like I did and think, "oh I'll start working out eventually." NO! Be that future you, you want to see and start working on a healthier life and a healthier you! I believe in all of you, and I hope you get on track to a happier, healthier life!   5. I DID IT. I MAY HAVE PAUSED A FEW TIMES FOR ABOUT HALF A MINUTE BUT I DID EVERY EXERCISE WITHOUT MODIFICATIONS. AND, GUYS, I FEEL PROUD OF MYSELF BECAUSE IT WAS THE MOST DIFFICULT WORKOUT THAT I'VE EVER DONE (and I've been working out for a year)
