Hi! I’m Christina, and welcome to my yoga YouTube channel, ChriskaYoga! In this video, I’ll be sharing a 30 minute Restorative Yoga Class that will help refresh your mind, body, and spirit making you feel completely relaxed, calm, and rejuvenated! Revitalize your soul with restorative yoga!
You will need some props to practice this restorative class such as a yoga bolster (or regular pillows; that’s what I’m using), yoga blocks, and a yoga blanket (can sub w/ a different type of thick & heavy blanket).

We will begin the sequence with a gentle stretch and twist in child’s pose (balasana) before setting up our props for a modified constructive rest. Then we will take an assisted supine bound angle pose (supta baddha konasana) before taking a savasana with props.
These poses will help to quiet your mind and relax your body. This practice is very meditative, and you will be holding the poses for quite some time. However, you should be completely comfortable in each pose (be sure that you are covered in comfy clothes and dressed in layers). After the 30 minute yoga class, you will feel completely renewed. You can do this before you go to sleep to wash the day away, or even just on a Sunday if you’re looking to prepare yourself for the week ahead. I hope you enjoy it!
