  3. Did this workout this morning. Loved it!!!!! It was not monotonous at all with all the variety. Sometimes doing 3 sets of the same drill makes it mentally tiring so this was really energizing for me. Great combo with TRX and kettlebell. This for sure is one of my faves!!!Thank you so much for your outstanding videos!!!
