I'm starting where you were last year….260 – went 100% plant based 2 mo. ago, down 25+ lbs, LOTS more to go, cycling a ton and just started running a little on the beach, but cycling is my preferred choice. Did you really drop all that weight of yours by going Plant Based? I feel like I'm making slow progress, but I noticed it took you a year.
