  5. I'm already used to HIIT but wanted to work on my endurance, so I picked a longer workout with rather easy movements and BOY… this really kicked my butt! If you do the excercises like you mean it, you really break a sweat quite fast 🙂 Next time I'll try a more advanced video though. Thank you for your effort!

  6. I love this amazing workout because it requires mental focus and coordination but it'd be great if you repeated some of the moves so we don't have to take extra 30 secound breaks memorizing each move. Still great stuff from the usual though

  7. Just completes this workout with my five year old daughter. We also did another 30 minute HIIT early this afternoon. I am total beginner, haven't worked out in years. I am sweating bullets, but I made it through an hour and a half of Millionaire Hoy's workout. MY goal is to do some type of workout everyday or the next three months. Gotta make this fat cry.
