  3. Hardest workout I have done in 5+ years. Wish I had heavier weights for the Arm moves and the single leg lunges but the cardio and rapid movement definitely made up. Anyone who had done this gets two fist bumps. Thanks again millionaire hoy.

  6. Hoy, you have the most intense workouts on Youtube. You deserve way more views, definitely some of the greatest Cardio and strength burnouts. I remember trying out one of these sixty minutes workouts about a 2 month ago, and just failing after 5 minutes through the video. After constant dedication by starting out with beginner workouts, advancing toward regular WO, I can finally do 60 minutes hardcore workouts.

  8. This workout was truly excellent. Tough enough to be a challenge, and the pace was nice and steady for minimum failure. The 60 minutes went by much more quickly than I anticipated!
