  3. you cant say that just because they dont have these qualities they cant ever be ripped. mentalities change dude. mine did. i was a video game lover who hated anything that was physically challenging. now, i crave it. and now id like to say im pretty fit. if you would have told me this 4 years ago i probably would not have ever believed i could get where i am and push way past where i am today.

I train intensely but got that way by observing my "hero" training videos. If I can copy more of positive behavior, I'll be well on way to getting ripped.
