  1. This is just not true, Yes you can lose good amount of fat with swimming but its not nearly as effective as Intense interval training or just running , reason for that is that when you swim your burn less fst and its harder to get lean, there are many studies supporting this, swimming in cold or cool water makes it way harder to lose stubborn fat. Its really noticable even on olympic swimmers, they are lean but not to the point to see their abs

  2. Swimming makes you sweat, and you DO feel stressed (at least I do cuz I have a really strict coach) when you don't beat ur time or make the trials for Junior Olympics

  3. The characters in this video is so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so cuteeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

  4. Reading the comments I really should try swimming… I regurarly get shin splints in my right leg while running and I keep getting getting my left ankle sprained playing basketball. Trust me, a shin splint and a spraint ankle is not a good combination.

  5. Do you have to do swimming lessons for exercise or can you just go to a swimming pool and just swim for an hour or 2 (maybe even 3) and it would help you lose weight?

  6. I had overweight and I tried everything, running, to work out in the gym, dancing to zumba. Swimming was and is the ONLY way to keep my weight low. This is my personal experience
