This is a vinyasa yoga flow for your hips for intermediate and advanced levels. We’re going to be moving into birds of paradise pose. No props are required but using two blocks would be helpful.

  5. Good one Brett! I was challenged and invigorated. Loved the length of this one even though hard to get in a long yoga session I appreciate how open I can get with an hour versus only 30 minutes.

  7. Felt great. Thank you Brett, Bird of Paradise-could not life with the balance on my left foot but was able to lift up into a 1/2 bird with balance on my right.
