Several Ideas for a Healthier, Thinner You

For many people, getting fit looks like a hopeless job. It requires time as well as strength and doesn’t seem to be everything that enjoyable. However, with the proper workout program, personalized to what to do and whatever you locate enjoyable, getting fit and staying suit might be a long-term activity. Pursuing are a handful of ideas to get into the golf swing of stuff.

Consider using an exercise video game to get fit and lose weight. If you can utilize a tool such as a video game to get your exercise in, it may be the best thing for you. This is because you will be having so much fun it will seem like a workout at all. By getting deeply engaged in the exercise, you are distracted from feelings of fatigue. Your workout will last much longer if you are not focused the whole time on the workout itself.

Starting or staying using a fitness and health program can feel challenging, but trying to keep suit will help you not just to appearance your greatest, but to feel your greatest too. After the exercise ideas discussed above can help make it easier for you to satisfy your goals.

  1. I comment on many of the different step classes on you tube.  I stepped for about twenty some years with Jane Fonda, Kathy Smith, Cher and the other greats. (Not personally, haha) Anyway, most all of the newer (1995) and above step workouts are hard to follow, spastic, dangerous and/or dull. Angie, I am giving you the best review of any of the newer workouts that I've done. (BTW I quit stepping/working out continuously and it hurt me.) So, I'm always shopping for good workouts. Yours is not perfect, but its in the "B" range, while all of the others Ive seen are in the "D" range. I am a tough critic but good on you! Thanks for explaining each move enough times that the average new stepper could understand. That is critical to success and fun.  Ways to improve:  1. Edit. You said lunge a bunch of times you meant basic step. 2. Smoother arm movements – more flowy choreography. I like strong moves with good music but I am picky.  3. WATER!!! Steppers should always have water handy and be told to not feel guilty about stepping off for water whenever. Your body needs it. 4. Add resistance to your instructions. Steppers increase their efficacy by tons just by resisting the movements. 5. More cool down!! This is critical. Your body needs to cool down. Anyway, enough…too much…sorry. But the main point to new steppers is to give this woman a look! Her workout is definitely going in the direction of well thought out stepping videos. Its well explained, easy to follow, stepping burns calories like crazy and my criticisms are meant for you to learn, not to chastise the workout. Like I said, its great in the marketplace of spastic-crap stepping that is out there today!

  4. Angie, T H A N K Y O U ! I looooooooved every single second of this workout. Bravo, you nailed locking it in and having it make sense in my brain. Great combos and super practice, love the repetition. Your setting the steps to counts and using the verbal cues is exactly what I needed. I was away on vacation and I missed my step workouts with you. Coming home to this routine was perfect. Thank you for your time, your energy, your hard work. I turn 57 tomorrow, and you have helped me celebrate life in the best possible way…I am grateful.

  5. I love step workouts and even though I consider myself intermediate at it, I love doing basic steps because it is easy to follow but you still get such an awesome workout no matter what. I will for sure do this next week and I like to add some kind of strength training after. Thank you for this workout 🙂
