  3. Another fun workout, Ang! The 5 min intervals kept things fresh! I'd love to see you do a workout routine like this, yet focus on one area of the body for all strength moves.   5. This was awesome — I love the quick 5 min intervals and I love how all of the cardio is on the step! This would probably be one of my favourite type of combination workouts with no repeats although I did like the coming together of all 3 step combos at the end. I'd love to see more of these workouts, even 60 min ones. I especially love that it contained NO burpees and that the core was standing so no need to stop and get my mat out etc — fluid and fast. 🙂
