  7. I tried apple cider vinegar before and it taste horrible. I discover that grape favour japan or korean vinegar is awesomely tasty and I can drink it everyday, even 2 or 3 times. Japan is very expensive about 12 bucks a 750ml and korean is not as tasty but still nice and only about 8 bucks a 1L bottle. Just my sharing as you shared so much tips with us…

  12. You're right, you're not a chef. That pan spray was cinge wrothy. 😎 But I'm not even gonna "troll" you for it. You make and eat real food that's fairly fresh. Now you need to step it up with a kitchen garden and mastering cast iron cooking 😀

    Building and maintaining a container garden (and hefting cast iron) helped me drop 75lbs. Gotta burn calories to obtain them.
