Here’s today’s workout for your butt, make sure you squeeze at the top of every movement, making sure that the weight is going through your heels and that those last few reps are paaainnful (:

Hip Thrusts – 5 sets of 8-12 reps

Side Leg Lift with Plate – 4 sets of 8-12 reps on each leg

Lying Side Leg Lift with Plate – 4 sets of 8-12 reps on each leg

Stiff Legged Deadlift with Resistance Band – 4 set of 10 reps

Single Leg Press – 4 sets of 10-12 reps

Lying Hamstring Curl – 4 sets of 10-12 reps

Shape Up With These Fitness Tips

Inadequate physical fitness can negatively have an effect on you, equally actually and emotionally. You have to do plenty of the research so that you will don’t seriously harm yourself working out.   1. I was taught by my tutor on my BSC sport therapy , that stretching is said to actually increase DOMS. As from lifting heavy or any over load of training causes micro tears in the muscles you there fire are increasing those after from stretching … I do it this in the hope I am increasing the trauma for more re build 😬💪🏻 well I like to think it I do anyway 😝 really enjoy your videos keep them coming xxx

  2. i already have somewhat muscular legs and trying to lose fat and have leaner legs. thats why Im always afraid to do heavy weights while doing leg workouts. Wouldn't it increase the size of my leg muscles?

I've being searching on the internet how come i can look slimmer even though i don't loose weight. Everyone is telling me that the only way you can look slimmer, is by loosing weight:(. I dont eat many calories every day so reducing that amount would be hard. I go to the gym 2-3 times every week. What do you recommend i do in order to have a leaner body? Thank you so much once again. You are the only youtuber that even takes the time to reply back. Always have in your mind you are special 🙂

Small bum or not she manage to train hard and have perfectly balance figure. you don't alway have a majestic butt due to lots of differences factor like genetic, people with naturally small bum or narrow hip like us gotta work our heck out and still got comment like this which is not really nice at all, whatever it is Nat is proud and happy with her own skin and that's all the matter.
