Also, keep an eye out for my upcoming 12-week fitness challenge! It will have different workouts that are progressively intensified and not just the same exact cookie cutter exercises, 12 weeks guided cardio examples for fat loss, macro info, DETAILED food list (not basic Google type stuff), supplement info and so much more.
