Hello I'm 13 and I girl I thought this is about the right age to start working out as I play many sports but am very small and skinny, ive often done small 30 day challenges and I'm doing 100 pushups a day right now but how do I start to get more into the routine? I'm too young to go to join a gym yet but are there any apps, programs, daily workouts etc you would recommend? I really wanna get into calisthenics it looks fun as! love your videos btw!

  2. I think it would be harder if you went down when it said bring Sally up and went up when it said bring Sally down so you'd have to hold yourself up. That would be so hard

  3. You're not really making the "bring sally down" part hard. Sally challenge is supposed to do static workout when they say "bring sally down" so when you do the challenge with pull ups, don't go all the way down cause if you do, it's the same as relaxing the muscle.

  5. Hey man, I like you videos very much 🙂 Like your work and its nice that u are giving advices to others. As a physiotheraphy student i wish to give u one too. Your right shoulderblade is not in balance with the back and ur right lumbar section (muscles) is little bit shortened (u can see as you do pullups ur torso is little bit curved) . If you can, visit your local physiotherapist and he may can help u to fix this little disbalance. Its nothing serious to be honest.. but over time it can develop and bring u some problems.
