  3. Wow that was an amazing flow. Very hard..i knew shoulders were my weak point and that def proved me right!! I would love to be able to hold a handstand so i will keep practicing strengthening my shoulders! You are great..i am new to yoga and ur channel has been wonderful! Thanks for all the great content.   4. Brutal. Shows me how much shoulder strengthening I need to improve. Adee, can you see if there are any mobility stretches or strengthening for the infraspinatus rotator specifically or does your shoulder mobility session cove this?? It seemed like it did, just checking
