  2. Jen Heward, please reply to my comment, I need help. I need lots of help. I am getting fed up once again, I am just sick and tired. And I need professional help and I believe you can help me. I was maybe around the age of 14, I was in 8th grade and that was the worst year of my life, have have been depressed for two years at the point, and went into the hospital twice because I tried commiting suicide. My family kinda forced me on birth control which was called Depo Vera. The doctors told me that one of the side effects of getting the shot is weigh gain. And let me tell you, I definitely gained weight from being on that shot and being depressed, tired and such.. The highest I've ever weighted was 229. I have been over weigh for a year I'd say? I am now 16 about to be 17 June 29th. I am no longer on birth control. Since Al the weigh gain, the lowest I got was 213, and from there, I went back and forth. How I lost weight was, eatting less, drinking water more and I even took some diet pills. In total I've lost 15 pounds. I'm not ire he much I weigh right now but maybe 215 or 214. And I've been pushing and pushing my mom to get me a membership at the gym for myself, still in the process of that.. I did do some exercise at home, the next day I couldn't work out cause I was busy, then the third day, I started to feel sore, I still felt sore in my stomach area. And I'm just frustrated, how am I supposed to keep working out when I have to wait a whole nother week before I can work out again? I know you're not supposed to work out every day anyway. But, that's my story and I am getting desperate. I need to lose the weight, but I'm not sure how to exercise, I don't know how or where to start. I just need help. Please contact me.   5. We tried this diet myself after seeing how my buddy benefited from that. At first I of course wanted to accomplish this and I have dropped a grand overall of 16lbs from the “sowo amazing plan” (Google it). This specific really was a life changer for me and I feel so much healthier.
