I was unable to get my front foot flat on the floor and the edges of the chair were digging into my legs. I chaulk it up to my short legs and the chair being a little too wide and/or tall. I used to be a dancer, I did Pilates and Zumba daily, now I'm crying in a chair lol. BUT it's ok. I know I'm going to be ok. Even if my new reality is shocking to me…..shock is temporary. Chair yoga is a wonderful alternative. Even though I cried this time, I won't next time!
