  4. So am I suppose to be activating my core all the time? Even when I switch to different positions? I feel like I can't breathe when I do that and it makes it harder to do the exercises. Unless I'm doing something wrong.

  7. Cole I really like this video even though I do 100 sit-ups everyday I also prefer this every other day. I can feel my abs and I do get sweaty when I do this workout which I love and my fav is pulling rope and not getting ice cream 😂😂 please upload more ab workout 🙌🏻
