  7. Thanks a lot. I really loved this video and enjoyed doing it. I can't do any dance or cardio workouts because I'm out of breath after 7-8 minutes. Yoga tho works really well for me, with the correct exhales inhales I can do the whole workout breathing normally and not feeling like im about to die xD

Hello, I've been doing Physical Therapy for over three month do to an injury I had at work, on my lower back since I had to stop the gym my PT recommended light yoga, I've been doing yoga for less than a week only following your videos (Easy yoga for beginners, sore back and digestion and detox) and I have to admit that it changed the way I think and feel completely and it's becoming my new way of life, I would like to know if you can post a video for knee pain or if you have one to please send me the link, this one is for my daughter and thank you so much, blessings!

  11. I'm a beginner at yoga and also overweight (though more into sports than most people can imagine), I will try this now, but I'm sure I will not succeed for the first few times. Do you have any recommends for me for the beginning? 🙂
