  2. used to be able to do minimum of three times a week 10 mile run on an empty stomach then 4 days going to the gym before breakfast doing around 45 minutes of high intensity cardio.

    I love that type of training.

    now days on my fasting cardio I do low intensity around 50% heart rate jog around 70% heart rate and sprints at around 90% of my heart rate then back into walking

  4. can someone please help me with this question.. if I'm doing cardio (running for example) and my body decides to break down muscle for energy, will it be breaking down the muscles primarily in my legs, or all over my body? please help, I do fasted cardio first thing in the morning because I enjoy it, only reason I don't eat is because I cant stomach a meal as soon as I wake, and also I don't mind if my leg muscles reduce in size, so should I be concerned or not?

  7. working out in the early am works for me. ill eat a banana or apple to get going. Tgats what worked for me. then ofcourse proper meal consumption

  8. Just wondering, like if you do high intensity cardio to burn off fat, wouldn't at least eating the right amount of protein, carbs and more prevent muscle loss and remain in you?

  11. Whenever I'm feeling fat or like I'm not reaching my goal at getting below 10% bodyfat. I have a good rest and wake up in the morning and go for a run befpre eating. The next day if i still feel and look avergae, I was up and I do HIIT, ocically I think I pass out, but if im knocked out, that means im not eating which means I cant get fat.
