  1. This workout was a little different for me. Warm up exercises were too fast, so I couldn't really get smooth and controled warm up. Cool down was also something new for me since there wasn't timing. It's much easier to me when I hear the "beep-beep" sound and can focus better on exercise.
    Otherwise, you guys are great! You're doing such an amazing job and help all of us who want to get in shape and lose weight in the comfort of our home. Thank you, guys! Can't wait for tomorrow to try another exercise 🙌

  4. I'm going to eat some Oreo icecream cake on Thursday night at a party. Should I do a workout like this or some other one? Should I do the HIIT the morning of so Thursday morning or should I do the morning after so Friday morning or should I do both and what are the benefits of both options.   6. when I first started a month ago, I weight 193 lbs, 5ft 10in. I'm a male 13 year old and wanted to loose weight. I started, and it was hard, and I had a full week of not doing the workouts, since I was on vacation. The end result was still the same thou. I lost 10 lbs, and now weigh 183lbs.   11. this channel is so genuine. both Kellie and her husband are my favourite, I feel more motivated to these exercise just because I see Kellie doing it. and all these exercises are fun. believe me. I feel as if they really want us to lose weight. they aren't here for likes and subscribe shit, all they really want is healthy and fit people around. this is so nice, really thank you guys from the buttom of my heart.

  12. If I were to rate it's difficulty on a scale of 5, I'd give it a 3.5! Sweating buckets by the end of this workout

  15. I think it wasnt that hard, it was very tiring. I am exhausted. The only difficult excersise was the push up with the leg lift !! Great workout, i love Kelly's videos !!!
