I have an question about weight loss, I have been making my work outs based around cardio muscle training, building muscle is my main focus. I have lost some inches and but I'm finding more and more stretch marks, I'm confused why this is happening, I thought building muscle to lose weight would also tone me but that's not really my outcome. What can I do to change this?

  4. When I build muscle in my thighs I feel as if it causes the fat to push up further and tighten the connective tissue more, thus causing my cellulite to look much worse. Is this just because I haven't lost enough fat?

  6. Hi Abby, I think your on to something but your missing a key fact. Read the book cellulite myth it's not fat it's facia by Ashley black. She's all about the science… lookup the fascia blaster…this has been a game changer for me. I think if you added this as the 4th piece that would cure cellulite once and for all

  8. Wow this makes me really sad!!! Cellulite is not something that must be 'fixed'. It is natural and healthy. Who decided something so natural was no ok to have. This video just perpetuates the idea that women have to look a certain way!
