  1. Normally I hate Yoga, I don't do yoga, I don't believe in Yoga. Yesterday, I was kind bored after finishing my sport, so I tried this one… Wow.. Damn this was crazy, I loved it. I was sweating, My stomach was feeling so soft and free, my backside was absolutely relaxed.. I love It.

    What's so interesting was, after finishing it, I had to run to the bathroom very fast.

    Thank you dear for changing my mind thinking of YOGA. I LIKE.. 😉

  2. I can't fold my legs to start this exercise yet so what position should I be in while I work on getting into the cross leg sit? Then when you move to next position I can sit on my ankles …so what position should I be in? Maybe this video isn't good for me? Please help me

  7. i have reduced my weight from 82 to 65..(by aerobics, diet). need to reduce and tighten my delivey tummy. my younger is 5, planning for the 4th one…afte 1 year…but before that i need to make my belly flat…will this execise help me to reduce my belly????

  8. thank you sanela I think your great easy to follow. I suffer from CIC (chronic idiopathic constipation ) this flow helps a lot. I practice this exercise 4x a week. I also do a variety of other videos concentrating on my core. you are with me 7 days a week right in my living room. thanks again
