  5. Started my "cut" In January. Lost 4k ~9 pounds of fat no muscle loss. My goal for this month was an extra 6 ~13 pounds will find out tomorrow 😀 Overall I need to cut down 25kg to 95kg or lower to 85 which is 55-75 pounds lighter while maintaining muscle mass. I reckon my squat will tank but my deadllift should go up due to better mechanics.

  6. It takes fucking ages to get rid of body fat unless you go on some bullshit crash diet where you loose all the gains and then gain it back again or take drugs. For 8 months that looks about right SRS. I also think you change your mind every 2 weeks as to what youre doing. Why dont you just get the cut over and done with and get to a level youre happy to maintain? Thats what I am doing now. I am also approaching 30 and dropping body fat aint as easy as it used to be. Anyway fuck it peace out.

  7. can someone pls answer my question someone smart so im trying to lose belly fat and love handles but one thing i dont get is like if u ab workouts and all that while building that muscle dosent the muscle build on the fat thats on you the whole point of this is i wanna lose the fat but dont understand if the muscle you gain adds on the fat
