  6. Walk, then walk, then walk, and then cut down on salt intake, it stores da water on the body! Increase your water intake though!!!! Then then then… Eat many even calorie meals a day, but find your calories intake! if you need 2k cal, then eat 5-7 meals a day with 285-400 calories! Don't starve your self, if you eat less food that has no good stuff in it… it will take it from your muscles not your fat, fat is hard to digest! -_-

Especially not able to raise the legs. So the question is are there exercises for core training of which might not put me in bed for days.
