My HIIT TREADMILL WORKOUT FOR FAST FAT LOSS – I do this 2-4 times per week to burn fat and lose weight & not lose muscle. I repeat this circuit 6-10 times (15-20 minutes). It is THE BEST way to lose weight xo Workout starts at 1:14

WORKOUT:
Warm Up – 5mins
Sprint – 30 seconds
Walk – 15-30 seconds
Pause – 30 seconds (if you walked for 15 seconds) 45-60 seconds (if you walked for 30 seconds)
Continue the Sprint – Walk – Pause cycle 6-10 times for about 20 mins!

  1. I did this last night for the first time! Set the treadmill for 30 min. I walked 5 min @ 3.0 , then did 2 min light jog @ 4.5 back down to 3.0 for 3 min….. then kicked it up to 7.5 for 30 sec walk @ 3.0 for 1 min.. did that 13X till it was about 5 min left and walked @ 3.0!! I was sweating and today I'm sore.. lol gonna do this 3X a week(Sun, Mo'n and Wed) Also I'm I.F. So I'm ready to see these results! Lol
