  1. Paul I love you!!! You are my favorite instructor ever. I used to teach spin and you are the best teacher because you push the participants the entire way through. Most of all I love how much your classes use combination in and out of the saddle. I've done the 25 min and 35 min ones those are perfect. Where can I find more half hour (ish) classes with you?

  6. I've started downloading the audio files from these videos and listening to them on the bike at my gym. It's not the greatest having the sound only, but it's sometimes nice to just have someone else guide your workout once in a while.

  8. ive been teaching spin for over 10 years would never use any thing but my pedals, how do you guys and girls do it. As it just doesnt feel the same when im back out on the road
