  1. Paul I love you!!! You are my favorite instructor ever. I used to teach spin and you are the best teacher because you push the participants the entire way through. Most of all I love how much your classes use combination in and out of the saddle. I've done the 25 min and 35 min ones those are perfect. Where can I find more half hour (ish) classes with you?

  2. The thing that would make these training videos so much better would be an estimate in the description of how many calories a person would burn. You guys are missing that one very IMPORTANT point. Other than that, the videos are decent.

  3. Best training sessions of anyone out there! Please continue posting more and more workout videos.

    Super job!!!

  4. GCN – Best training sessions of anyone out there! Cheers Fellas, fanyastic job!

  5. Oh to be able to cycle for a living and not just a hobby 🙂 Well except for Uber and Deliveroo. They bring shame on the rest of us

  6. I've started downloading the audio files from these videos and listening to them on the bike at my gym. It's not the greatest having the sound only, but it's sometimes nice to just have someone else guide your workout once in a while.

  7. Good Class guys!!! I'm a Spinning® too =D… today is my rest day, but I enjoyed to watch the class =D
