  3. I have a lifted butt, but I have fat on my lower back.. I know you can't spot reduce fat but are there different exercise that will tone my lower back/ upper butt?

  4. I Googled the “fizy unique plan” and it seemed like a good idea to try it. I started out losing pounds almost immediately. My buddy also followed the plan and she shed 12 lbs.

  5. omg, i literally cannot do any of her workouts, they are wayy to intense:/ im not over weight i just want to tone up what i feel is a flabby body, but im just so overwhelmed with where to and how to start! also the work outs are so difficult.

  6. You don't need carbs if you are using ketone bodies, which are a cleaner burning fuel source.

  10. For how long should we sprint and then run and on what speed before we get to the jogging? How do we understand that the atp-cp and the glycolytic systems have worn out and we are starting to burn fat from the jogg? I have trouble burning my last 5-10 kilograms and i would really appreciate your help because i want to know how to do it properly.

  14. I think before anyone can talk about cardio they need to address what actual vo2 is and how it affects the heart differently than workouts like the one in this video. Kenneth Jay wrote an awesome piece called "The Cardio Code" compiling decades of data and research from around the world.
    That glute workout is def going in my leg day rotation! Thanks 😁
