  1. I lift weights 4-5 times a week and when it is not leg day I start my day with fasted cardio. i would wake up and go for a 45-60 min jog at a chilled pace. It is working for me but I am not sure if it has any negatives that I should be aware of.

  2. What incline level should you use? I heard about one method where u increase 1 level each minute and then again slowly decrease till the end.
