Dr. Berg in this presentation walks you through step by step how to burn fat using a unique formula. It’s all about improving insulin resistance. This is a condition whereby insulin does not go into the cells triggering excessive amounts of insulin to be generated. In the presence of insulin, all fat burning gets shut down.

Dr. Berg’s organic raw wheat grass juice powder can provide a great way to enhance nutrients and improve blood sugars. Here’s the research.

  1. Hey doc. I drink 1 to 2 tsp of Apple cider viniger everyday with water, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. Is that the right amount? More or less?

  2. I love the way you slipped in your age there. If you stopped at 28….I would have believed you hands down.

  3. You can TOTALLY control insulin resistance and insulin peaks through low glycemic foods. Low glycemic carbs, lean protein and healthy fats in each meal keep your insulin levels stable helping you lose or maintain a healthy weight. So bad this turned into a selling add for a particular product and don't really explain to people how to really burn fat.

  4. Dr Hello!!!! I just saw your video by pure casualty, I was looking for information about how to lose weight and to my surprise all the symptoms you mentioned in this video I have, every single one of those. Specially the sugar cravings, the fatigue, the need for sugar during my meals , the sleepiness after every meal, the vision its getting worst and worst by the day ….What can I do ?

  5. It would be a shame for you not to get rid of fat while other normal people are able to shed pounds easily by using Fenoboci Diet Plan (just search it on google).

  6. How do you hit me 1g of protein per lb weight if excess protein causes insulin ? If youre eating 2x a day? Sounds like a double edged sword

  7. you got me worried that I might be close to diabetes because almost every one of those symptoms I have although I just recently went back on to a health craze even though I still am in decent shape but I've always had a problem getting rid of that stubborn belly fat that been plaguing me since I was a kid is there a way to get out of this state before getting diabetes or is it too late am I destined for diabetes?

  8. Dr. Berg, I struggle to meet my protein needs. I have about 190lbs of lean body mass, which equates to around 150 grams of protein needs a day from various sources. I was using premier protein shakes for the first month going Keto, only one a day. Then I analyzed my macros and figured out that I was way under my protein needs so I've gone with Isopure which has 50 grams of protein. Weight loss has slowed if not plateaued. I'm at a loss at what to do. Should I be adding heavy cream with my protein shake? Split them up over the course of the day? What's the best way to avoid insulin spikes?

  9. In Africa there is low incidence of caries because they do not consume fermentable carbohydrates (sugar) like in America. There is no connection with the amount of minerals in the food.

  10. "what missing in healthcare is the health part" so true. Love the videos sir! Get into Patreon; I would love to help support your content with some cash.

  11. 52 years old ? D.r Eric you look like a '' 29 year old '' as you said.Good job on the video 🙂

  12. low carb diets get you lose weight, after that when ur diets done and u start eat normal, you gain weight crazy. don't do this.

  13. Thanks for this video. However, I am not sure I agree that eating too frequently will affect weight loss. A few years ago I had 5/6 small meals daily and lost 22lbs.

  14. Regarding the soil stuff lol sure however in europe, healthy food is priortised of fatty foods starting from the schools expecially france, everyone gets feed healthy food.

  15. What is the plan for older women who after 60 are already deficient in Calcium, Vit. D, and Estrogen with many of the conditions you mention: belly fat, early cataracts, arthritis, shoulder pain, swollen belly, etc.?

  16. I am not fat, 19% body fat percentage, but I use these videos to understand the way the body works. The reason I got here is because I realized something is wrong with certain medical treatments. Managing a disease like diabetes for example in stead of solving the underlying problem.

I've heard people complain that, because of their diabetes they now can have only 1 milkshake per day………. What the…….? Who the heck has multiple milkshakes per day????

Diabetes treatment, literally is the same thing as treating alcohol abstinance symptoms with…….. Alcohol! Well, you would have to shoot the alcohol straight into your vains with a needle to make it completely the same.

I just can't understand why the medical world decided to treat this way. I can understand it from an historical point of view. Treating symptoms because when we started to understand diabetes a little bit better, we thought we were treating the cause.

But medical knowledge has improved a lot since then. So why continue this misinformed method?

People got used to it I guess.

  17. Hes right America is being depleted, we Americans have a big problem on our hands when it comes to nutrition, we better get our heads out of the sand and fix this bulls***

  18. i am insulin resistance and menopause, what is the best nutrition plan for me? Adrenal type, insulin resistance and menopause, with the bloating belly through day, etc, looks like 6 months pregnant at 51 lol please assist my best routine. keto, intermittent fasting? need the insulin resistance to heal first to loose this weight. 😥😫

  19. Dr Eric Berg when I go to Sicily my weight drops to a nice weight I look great. But when I come back to USA in about a month I'm all swollen again. 😰

  20. This is amazing. This is the opposite of what my endocrinologists have told me the past 20 years. Explains why my pre-diabetes became diabetes and is now uncontrollable…I've been trying for so long to fix this and I'm scared it's too late to heal.

  21. Excellent video (exempts the sale pitch at the end :))

One note tho I am sure it was a slip up but excess protein does not convert to insulin, it converts to glucose, and spikes insulin release. 🙂

  22. Same in NZ. Fresh produce at supermarkets is grown at market gardens that are 100yrs old….soil completely devoid of nutrients..
