  3. I disagree. We all got weaker, stronger body parts. Some people just can't grow arms no matter how much weighted chin ups or bench press they do, so in order to make them grow they need to hit these muscles directly through isolation moves. In my opinion the best exercise for biceps are preacher curls, or if you're doing them on 30 degrees bench, so you move your arms way behind your back and go up real slow to feel the contraction.

    Beside that, I think biceps are kinda overrated. Unless you flex them no one will even notice you got them. I say triceps and forearms are much more noticeable. Just look at arm wrestlers for example.
