  14. I have lost over 20 pounds doing your workouts!!! It all started about a year ago when I was in the 8th grade and my weight peaked at about 165 pounds. Gym class was super embarrassing for me. Everybody started making fun of me, so I decided to do something about it I found the now loss website and started doing the quick ten minute workouts, I quickly lost about 5 pounds! I then started doing the 20 minute ski step workout two times a day. Then I did the 20 minute ski step workout and the 30 minute jumping jack workout over the summer. During the summer I lost a total of 15 pounds. I have continued to use the now loss workouts along with calisthenics like push us and pull ups. I'm now in the best shape of my life being 5 foot 3 and weighing 137 pounds. I still have a little bit more weight to lose, but so far, I am super thrilled by the results I have already seen.

  15. MR. BRYANT, OH HOW I'VE MISSED YOU!!!! I burned up so much data on my cell phone following along with you during the elliptical and stationary bike workouts, I stopped when they kicked me off. But I'm ready to go at it again in 2017. Got 30 to lose by June (next time I see my doctor). Doable???

I am 56 and I in the last 20 years I have gone from 135 pounds to 260 pounds ( gained 60 of them in the last 13 years and scary when I think it only took a gain of about 6 pounds a year to get here).  I am going to your site Lookgoodnaked and getting a plan together to lose this fat and get back into my healthy happy body!
