hello fitness enthusiast ,i am glad finally after so long i uploaded another video,this videos primarily focusing on FAT LOSS using EXPLOSIVE METHOD TRAINING CALLED HIIT high intensity interval training
guys make sure you do skipping and running without any break and do this continuously without rest for atleast 2-3 minutes.

challenge your extreme and try to get it done with flying colours.

-now question is WHEN TO DO AND HOW MANY TIMES
-so answer is do it on rest days as ACTIVE CARDIO
or do it after your workout twice thrice a day for maximum fat loss

and those who dont go gym and workout at home ,they should do it every alternate days.so i hope guys you will appreciate my little work done here in the form of this small video.
