  13. Wrong information..spot fat reduction is a myth. Doing abs exercises will only strengthen the abs muscles and make it big. If you already have fat there your abdomen feels more hard but will still have fat above it. Besides abs are small muscles. You can't burn much calories by working them..but if you focused on large muscles groups like Trapezius, Latissimus Dorsi, Gluteus Maximus, Quadriceps you burn more calories and also increases your Basal metabolic rate.
