  3. You mentioned calorie deficit. I have a unique situation.  I had weight loss surgery in 2013.  I lost 160 lbs (72.5 Kg for my UK friends). I had a procedure called Duodenal Switch. I have a mal-absorption component so my body does not absorb all of the fat I eat.  I eat very little food per meal so I can do a metabolism diet to spread out my meals.  What would be your recommendation for a diet. I would like to loose belly fat and fat in other areas. I do have a problem with seafood so fish and just about all seafood is out of the question.

  8. This diet plan [ ] is awesome. I have done all things carefully as guided on the weight loss program. I could not seem to get it right the first week, it all came together and I have lost the 9 pounds and kept it off. It really is a way of life that is so attainable and I feel the best I have felt in a long time. I am also sleeping better. I am just a happier person now that I do not think constantly about food.   12. Do you count the calories you burn in your calorie count for the day, is it number of calories for day minus 500 or is it number of calories for day plus calories burnt minus 500 ?

  15. "Cheat meal" – that's a term that needs erasing from the fitness industry. It gives off completely the wrong message. Don't you agree? A refeed approach works, but only when your whole nutrition plan has been built around it and shouldn't be seen as a day when you just binge on crap.

    I've been trying to get into being healthier over the past few months but now with a full time job working 9 hours a day I never want to get in and workout. I know I have to but I always struggle starting out. Once I'm in a routine of things I really enjoy being more active and healthy but it's always the starting out part I struggle.
