  1. My "meal" is my overnight oats which I make the night before and take to work for breakfast. Honestly, I think it's the main reason I get up in the morning and get myself to work.
    Oats, milk (of your choice), bananas, blueberries, cacao powder, maca powder, linseeds, cashews and a boat load of cinnamon. So dam good. Tastes like Cake mix. This an a coffee is my Carrot Cake which I eat everyday.

  3. I went to his website to look at his programs and see if they'd help me. After answering some questions, it told me that I would in fact not benefit from any of them and suggested I use the YouTube videos until I get in better shape. That showed so much unbelievable integrity that I was dumbfounded. Most fitness businesses would have tried to sell me something wether I needed it or not. These videos are fantastic. 10/10 would recommend.

  5. I'm a new subscriber and though your advice is great as always, it doesn't really help someone like me just getting started with calculating my caloric needs. I've used several online calculators and they vary from 1700cal to 2700cal and then the advice by other 'experts' varies just as much…''DONT eat in the morning'', ''You MUST eat in the morning as soon as possible, ''eat before and after your morning workout'' etc etc…so confusing.

    I'm guessing that you don't like to share your views on this information since it is in your various plans that you sell but if I'm wrong I'd love to see a video that covers this most important aspect of body conditioning…right now I'm just eating healthier foods and cutting out most of the bread and french fries I love so much plus being more active using a lot of your information and hoping for the best…

    BTW my stats are height 5'10'', weight 210, age 58, currently exercise 3-4x/week the best i can since I'm on disability with back issues and pain in knees, shoulder and wrist…thanks to my ex-career as a carpenter for that.

Man just eat, just don't eat fast food, don't ration your food knowing your still hungry, just fucking eat and sip a cup of hot tea, no cold drinks, cold drinks will harden tha food and that food will sit there even longer, hot liquid will help the digestion faster, the faster the quicker you get your nutrient!
