  3. I'm a long distance runner and ever since I began incorporating HIIT into my training schedule almost a year ago my strength has improved so much, which has made me a stronger/faster runner! I ran two half marathons in 2016 and the second one I incorporated HIIT training and took almost 13 minutes off my time! I also felt a lot more physically prepared, even though I actually ran less frequently training for my second one!

  6. I would love to see a video on how to make you like different foods? Because I can't eat totally clean cause I don't like vegetables, they just taste bad to me and don't want to keep eating, the only thing clean that I eat are fruits, loads of them but I feel like that's not enough and I don't know what to do

  7. I started running, but weeks ago I sprained my ankle, so I went to doing yoga. I ran once a week,and I will do it again, maybe tomorrow I might go out. I started running by walking more and then run for a bit, and then I just started running and felt good afterward 😀

  8. I used to run back when I was in really good shape. Then I had a crazy internship and I never had to work out and I began eating fast food all the time and I gained 20 pounds. I'm trying to lose that weight by June so I'm definitely going to do this! Any other recommendations for how I can reach my goal? I'm also working on eating clean to help lose weight as well.
