  6. 'You know how much I could have lost by now'' this is the sentence all of us have to stop saying. Past is gone and it is a new day and an opportunity to start over and get motivated.

    For weight loss, motivation is a very difficult thing to keep in the long run. It is really about "repeating" as success comes with repetition no matter in what you want to be successful.

    That is why in my channel I wanted to make one video on every single day of my weight loss journey and it might take years to finish the way I plan it but it does not matter. I will do it because I believe that people need a daily dose of motivation. It is daily and repetitive because the journey itself is based on repetition as you want to build new and good habits.

    Repetition makes people bored after a while because they run out of motivation.

    That is why I like videos like this. They remind you why you need to keep repeating. They fill you with the motivation you lost to keep on repeating.

    Keep repeating! You will make it this time.

  8. Giiiirlll..i just got out the military too, then got pregnant and lost it…yesss gained like 60 lbs in 6 months. I defff know how u feel. Good luck on your journey!

  9. Most of my weight goes to my thighs and butt and then the rest kinda goes around evenly but tbh it still looked pretty bad when I was overweight.
