  3. Guys, build muscle doesn't need to be hard (I used to think it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan known as Fenoboci Diet Plan. Seriously, that diet plan has changed my life. I probably shouldn't even be mentioning it cause I do not want a bunch of other folks out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am just in a great mood today so I'll share the wealth haha.

Have you tried using Fenoboci Diet Plan? I've heard several great things about it and my work buddy lost lots of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me πŸ™

  5. I bought Crossrope plus set and download iOS app Seconds Pro and made a nice jumping rope workout. The apps have tabata program so I made the intervals with music. The cool thing about Crossrope and Seconds Pro is that you can use the rope colors with the tabata clock. So them you can switch between ropes and you can see the next rope you eed to use. The 2 pounds rope, I put Hell Rope on the tabata program. You can hear the woman said: Hell Rope interval.

  7. hey hello zen ! ….i wanna ask u smthing….i hv done skipping from last 3 months but nothing would happen in my body …..i regularly doing 2000 jump rope approx 1 hour daily but nothing improvement in my body …..tell me advice …howmany days will be for positive result.

  8. I have a scrappy plastic jump rope that kinks and tangles so could be the issue but I can only jump rope if I lift my feet high whereas everyone else I see keeps their feet low to the ground.
