  8. what is strength training i dint understood that my routine is i go gym do little warm up then do trade mill for 10 mins and then do cycling for 5 mins then do aerobics or steppers or yoga for 30 mins then do abs excercise or floor excercise for 10-15 mins then front and back joggers 5 mins then some side twisting for 5-10 mins. and yeah my weight is 53.5 i am 5 feet tall 24 and a half years old and dont follow diet very strictly. i also have PCOD and my tummy is the major problem for which i have joined gym. so is my routine of gym correct or do i need some changes and what are they?
