  1. good video – inspiring- but you ramble somewhat- just to summarize: the raw till 4 diet is no good, and the all raw diet is no good, and eating refined sugars and refined carbs is no good.
    It is best to eat whole foods, beans, whole grains, and a lots of vegetables – and don't be rigid – be willing to change your strategy if you are not getting results – and be willing to work hard to make it happen – also it is important to listen to your body not to what other s tell you should eat – did i get that right?

  3. Thanks for that video mate, I am going through the same thing almost exactly with the way the weight is going. Hit the first 10kgs and not moving any more weight for a month or so. Just trying to get out more on the bike and gym but job family and weather all playing its part. So listening to what you said helps. Thanks.

  5. I remember eating so much more at the start than i eat now, that's what happens when you are healing or getting back from calorie restriction.

  6. would be interesting to see a graph with notes on the fluctuations. did you keep a diary? I'm EXTREMELY interested to find out if sugar and white rice can really make you fat when added to an otherwise whole foods diet not eating absurdly stupid amounts of calories
