I have the same ( absent minded quirk) of making sure my shirt is pulled baggier or longer around my tummy area.   3. You look great Shirlina! Was that InBody that you had? I did InBody a while ago and this is so crazy because I realized that not only we're the same height, we also have pretty similar body composition! My weight was 156,9 pounds, lean body mass 56,6 pounds and fat mass 55,5 pounds, with body fat 35,4%. Did they measure your waist to hip – ratio? Mine was way off and a "proper" waist is something I wish I'll have someday, so I can wear crop tops lol!

  4. I feel the same way you do. Whats motivating me is your videos and i hate the way my clothes fit. Whats frustrating is when you work really hard and the scale does not budge. I was at a plateau for 3 months a couple years ago then i gained all the weight back. I have 2 kids and its so hard to make meals that they would like too. Keep up the good work girl!
